Last night me and a couple of friends went to dinner at DePalma’s. I started with a glass of Moscato and a Caesar salad. For the main course I got the Shrimp Scampi. This is my favorite dish at DePalma’s.
Caesar Salad - Romaine lettuce, garlic croutons, and an egg less Caesar dressing tossed together and then topped with parmesan cheese
Shrimp Scampi – Shrimp, garlic, Italian parsley, roasted red pepper, white wine, olive oil ,butter, bread crumbs, lemon zest served over a full order of angel hair pasta tossed in garlic butter and parmesan
Everything tasted great!
After dinner I came home and went straight to bed. I was sleepy and knew I needed my rest for today. Later this afternoon I am headed to Huntsville for a bachelorette party! But first I need to clean up around the apartment and pack.
