Yes, I am way behind on posting but better late than never right? We did not have a big family get together like most years. It was rainy this year on the 4th so I went to my parents house. Mom had recently gotten a smoker. She smoked ribs, baked beans and mac 'n cheese. If you have never had smoked mac 'n cheese you are missing out. I took some of her homemade Grapico ice cream home to enjoy later. I still have some in my freezer that I keep forgetting about. I need to take care of that today.
