Sushi is one of my favorite foods. I love trying new-to-me restaurants that serve sushi. Fuji San is my new go to sushi restaurant in Mobile.
When you order sushi they give you complimentary soup, salad and a fried banana. We weren’t too hungry so we didn’t try the salad or fried banana.
Trey and I always order different sushi rolls and then try each others. This was the first time I have liked all of the sushi rolls we ordered. Trey ordered the Garden Roll and Spicy Salmon Roll. I ordered the Snow Crab Roll and Philly Roll. My favorite was the Snow Crab Roll. They were also the perfect size. I hate when a roll is too large to eat.
Next time I am in Mobile, Fuji San will be a must to eat at.
