While at the beach, on Thursday for dinner we went to VKI Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar. Everyone ordered a couple of different rolls and we all tried each others. My favorite was the Pink Lady Roll - fried salmon, cucumber and kiwi, lemon and fresh salmon on top with Chef's special sauce. Trey ordered this one. He seems to always pick out things that I think I won't like and when I try it I actually do really like it. Also, everyday they have 1/2 price sushi from 4:30-6:30. It is only on select rolls but they have a large list to choose from.
